Hi, I'm Claudia,
After pushing through and giving it my all for years in corporate Belgium, I was 'rewarded' for it all in 2014 with ... burnout! (that got worse and became a fibromyalgia & chronic fatigue diagnosis).
And now what?
I had two choices: stay sick and wait for a magic pill or ... figure it out myself. I chose to take back control and use this as an opportunity to finally dare to move to Spain and rebuild my health and vitality there.
It worked and over time, my health improved. I started an online business for income from home, but following the hustle advice got me close to another burnout. And again I learned another big life lesson: your work/business design must work with your energy, especially if you're an introvert or sensitive person, and have enough freedom and flexibility to keep it sustainable.
Now I help overworked solopreneurs and freedom seekers create low-maintenance businesses and lives they actually enjoy. It all starts with a desire for a positive change.
